Kaapse / DOK Kaapse Herman
€ 3,28"This is the 3rd beer we brew with Janos de Beats, the founder of DOK Brewing from Ghent. This time we went for something that we were really looking forward to. A delicious full, Double Black Farmhouse IPA. Named after the famous Gentenaar and beer lover, Herman Brusselmans. Enjoy!"

DOK Fazant Fazant Fazant
€ 3,28"With the new experimental hop HBC 586 in our hands, we got to work. After pronouncing "Fazant" (pheasant) three times, inspiration came naturally. Tight, clean, bitter, yet layered and hugely drinkable for its 7%. The smell of diesel pops out of the glass and is immediately supported by mango, guava, lychee. - Met de nieuwe experimentele hop HBC 586 in ons handen gingen we een tijdje terug aan de slag. Na drie maal fazant uit te spreken kwam de inspiratie vanzelf. Strak, clean, bitter, maar toch gelaagd en enorm doordrinkbaar voor zijn 7%. De geur van diesel popt uit het glas en wordt direct ondersteund door mango, guava, lychee."

Stu Mostów American Uncle
€ 4,40"This dark version of a heavily hopped IPA is characterized by a distinct hop bitterness. The roasted notes are rather subtle and harmoniously blend with the hop aromas, and there is no noticeable burnt or ashy taste. The original idea behind Black IPA was to create a beer with a dark color, but with a taste resembling a regular IPA. In the case of this double version, known as Double India Pale Ale, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops were used, heavily hopped during the cold process."
