"For this lambic-braggot (= a beer-mead hybrid) 'Could Heaven Ever Be Like This', cherries and cassis mead from De Mederie were blended with young and three-year-old lambic from 3 Fonteinen in a ratio of around 50%-50%. For the name, we found inspiration in the song 'Could Heaven Ever Be Like This' by jazz drummer Idris Muhammad; a song that represents the clash of all the subtleties, funkiness, nuances and liveliness of both worlds, intertwined in this bottle. The fitting label design came from @Letterlik."

There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp." €19.97"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."

Boerenerf Ambrosia 2023
€19.95: 2"Ambrosia is one of Boerenerf's unconventional blends: a mead 'diluted' with 10% lambic and macerated with the famous Schaarbeek sour cherries. The deep ruby-red liquid, without a head, has a slight purple tint and looks very much like a full-bodied red wine. The aroma consists of aged dark honey, concentrated sweet cherry juice, a hint of wood from the cherry pits, and subtle lambic notes. When warmed, a faint 'sweaty' smell emerges. There are also hints of pomegranate, cuberdons, wine gums, honey caramel, and a touch of fresh varnish."
