"We crafted the malt bill for this Double NEIPA DDH as a marriage of barley, oats, and wheat to create a smooth and indulgent body, on which the hops can magically express themselves: the Nelson Sauvin releases its white grape thiols, on which the exoticism of Mosaic and Sabro blends perfectly!"

"This Double NEIPA is a return to our roots for Fauve. After numerous collaborations with foreign breweries that challenged us on our dry-hopping techniques, we were finally able to combine our learning in this beer, pushing the exoticism of Nectaron, Citra, and Sabro to the extreme. The result: an incredibly intense aroma of fresh pineapple, ripe mango, and coconut. Enjoy!"

"Fresh hops in April? Why not. We’re using the new Hop Kief extracts made from freshly harvested hop cones that go straight into extraction without drying. This process preserves a striking level of bright, green freshness. As a base, we brewed a full, hazy, oat-heavy Double IPA with low bitterness."

"This beer was brewed in collaboration with Xül and dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. Canned on the 27th of April 2026."

"An 8% New England DIPA brewed in collaboration with Left Handed Giant. Earlier this year, and by pure coincidence, both breweries selected identical lots of Mosaic & Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) and Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, NZ). From there, the doors opened, and the recipes diverged. The result is two distinct 8% DIPAs that explore the wildly different consequences our brewing choices can have.

Our half of the story, ‘The Doorway Effect’, lands today on the webshop. It’s a big, hoppy monster of a DIPA designed to showcase the vibrancy of these specific lots. Expect saturated hop aroma and a rounded mouthfeel. It’s bright, zippy, juicy, and even a little wild around the edges. Across the hallway, LHG have crafted their own interpretation: ‘Hidden Volumes’. Go check it out, it's available on their webshop now. Same starting point, two different paths. "For our second collection of phase haze beers with the wonderful Track we are shifting towards experimental NZ varieties alongside the established US star that is Citra. In this DIPA, NZH-106 take the lead! This hop is the daughter of Riwaka and doesn't shy away from those crazy diesel notes that blend into squishy fruits of all descriptions. This is a big, boisterous romp of a beer!"
