We invited the host ! This beer has been brewed at Baxbier with Baxbier, where the magic happened for 2 years now. "This NZ Double NEIPA DDH combines two different yet complementary New Zealand terroirs. The Nelson Sauvin comes from Sunrise Valley Farm (plots 16, 22, 21, and 9), where the mild maritime climate lends a touch of freshness. The Manilita, meanwhile, grows at Nelson Lakes Farm (plot A1 in the Tutaki Valley) on sandy loam soil. The combination is rich in oils and features exotic notes (mango, passion fruit)."
