Fauve Lueur du Premier Jour
€6.24"We're continuing with the New Zealand NEIPAs we love so much at Fauve! In this beer, we've pushed the boundaries of New Zealand exoticism by combining Motueka in several of its forms (including Hop Kief) with the uniquely characterful Riwaka. It's an explosion of typical New Zealand hop flavors, with notes of ripe tropical fruit enhanced by a lime finish. In short, a burst of hoppy freshness!"

Fauve / Wills Émergence...
€6.24"We brewed this transatlantic collaboration with the Quebecers at Wills, from Montreal! This DDH NEIPA boasts incredible aromatic intensity thanks to Mosaic, Galaxy, and Amarillo hops: an explosion of mango, peach, and citrus with every sip, thanks to a generous double dry-hop. The aromatic complexity unfolds sip after sip, like a celebration of those transatlantic encounters we love so much."
-
Fauve Rêve Cosmique
€6.24"Here's a DDH NEIPA with an aromatic profile leaning towards citrusy and tropical freshness, driven by an intense combination of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Citra hops. This "Cosmic Dream," brewed to coincide with the release of the graphic novel "Ariane Rêve," reveals a silky body and a distinctly hazy appearance, developing notes of exotic fruits and pink grapefruit from this galaxy of hops. It's a journey to infinity, a pure cosmic nectar to be savored in moderation."

Verdant Lightning Struck...
€6.77"Citra + Nelson Sauvin = YES. Why haven't we made this IPA before? Idiocy."
-
Verdant Never Eat Another...
€6.77"Our new Birthday IPA! And it's Simcoe's time to shine. Well Simcoe and Nelson...and a touch of Ekuanot. Oh and heaps of Citra and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool. It's good. It's really really good. Happy Birthday us."

Lervig Perler for Svin...
€3.47"Mango and passionfruit take centre stage in this lush, hazy IPA, bursting with ripe fruit and a soft, silky mouthfeel. Expect vibrant tropical notes wrapped in a soft, smooth mouthfeel, with low bitterness keeping things easy at 4.7% ABV – these pearls are wasted on no one."
-
Espiga / Deya Flying Eyes
€5.73"We are very happy to collaborate with our friends at DEYA from the UK, we love their pale ales and IPAs. That is why we wanted to make a hazy IPA with a lot of body and many kilos of hops. This 7.5% ABV DDH IPA has a hazy appearance and a golden color with orange reflections. The aroma is abundant with stone fruit such as peach and apricot, there is also the presence of pineapple and a citrus background that will make the sip stand out."
-
Espiga Hyperactive
€5.73"A Triple Dry Hopped IPA, pale golden color, with some turbidity and white foam. In aroma and flavor, the fruity and herbal notes stand out and are combined together with the warm sensation in mouth. It is a craft beer with a light bitterness."
-
Espiga New Zealand Citrus
€5.55"This NEIPA is one of the great protagonists of Citrus Week, a beer designed to shine thanks to the balance of its cereals. The combination of barley and wheat malt, together with oat and barley flakes, creates a silky and full-bodied base that serves as a perfect canvas for the most exclusive hops directly from New Zealand. Visually it stands out for its light and bright yellow color, with that elegant haze that defines the style. On the nose it is a real fruity explosion where the New Zealand Nectaron hops unfold massive aromas of peach, pineapple and passion fruit, while the Riwaka brings intense notes of grapefruit and even more tropical nuances. On the palate it is pure juice: a juicy, balanced and refreshing experience with a very subtle bitterness. It is the perfect opportunity to discover why New Zealand hops are on the lips of all beer lovers."
