Lervig Sour Suzy
2,67 €"A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness & very low hop profile. Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma which are accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves."

De la Senne Saison
3,97 €Saison blended with lambic from Cantillon and aged in barrels. "An extremely complex but at the same time very refreshing beer. It somehow resembles a hoppy gueuze with a distinct bitterness. Indeed, the Saisons were generously hopped for the well-known keeping properties of hops. Also, they were often dry-hopped, as is the case here. Saison de la Senne has been barrel-aged for three years before bottling. Amber in color, its nose reminds one of Lambic, with notes of fallen apples, wood, leather, and the typical funky character of the Bretts. In the mouth, a soft tartness is present, quickly leading to dryness. The aromas of the nose are completed by those of spelt and rye, quince, green gooseberries and a complex vinous character. The finish is bitter but perfectly in balance." Second blend bottled in March 2023.

But don't be mistaken, this Russian Imperial stout also infiltrated like a true KGB-agent in Sherry barrels. Making her burning hot like a Siberian stoven. The ideal solution when you are freezing your ass off.

Stu Mostów Cherry Me
4,69 €"We used a new technology at the Browar Stu Mostów, which involves preparing the mash in two stages. First, we made a brew from which we obtained a fairly thick wort. Then we poured another batch of malt into the resulting wort, which resulted in a very high concentration of both sugars and flavor in the resulting wort. This is definitely a more difficult technique than the one we have used so far, but the results will surprise you! This time we limit the cooking time which affects less caramelization of the sugar and the discovery of the underlying maltiness. The sizable addition of lactose emphasizes the dessertiness of this beer, and the addition of cherries and vanilla crown the whole dessert." BB is 28/04/2024

L'Ermitage Nigredo
On aurait presque pu l'appeler Bonbon-Weisse." BBD is 13/11/2024

De la Senne Crianza
3,71 €"Crianza belongs to the family of Flemish Red-Brown ales. Born out of a mixed fermentation, she spent more than a year in oak barrels. Her body has copper reflections, and her aspect is limpid. Her foam is beige and creamy, with a nice hold. She smells like Northern cherries, with a woody and winey accent, and a slightly animal touch given by the Brettanomyces yeast. In the mouth, these flavors are completed by stewed apples, notes of Agen plums, blackberries, spices (cinnamon, cloves, licorice), and a very lightly caramelized touch of malt and biscuit. Her slightly sour character makes her surprisingly refreshing."
