"Hypsikerós is an exuberant and fresh stock ale that has been aged in an oak cask of Burgundy natural red wine for over a year with the help of wild yeasts. The result is a characterful 'barley wine' with a tight, warm, winding profile punctuated by distinct notes of dried stone fruit, wood and hop tannins and a subtle bitterness. The resemblance to wine here is rather indirect: Hypsikerós is partly similar in charater to Flanders red ales, which are known by local connoisseurs as the 'Burgundy of the North'."

This blond farm beer has less hops but part of the hops is replaced by the chicory root which is added to the brewing process. Fresh bitter aroma of chicory. Yeasty, fruity sweetness cut by a well balanced bitterness imparted by the chicory root.

The new Horal's Oude Gueuze Megablend for the 13th "Toer de Gueuze". It was made with lambics from 10 diffrent Brewers and blenders of gueuze: Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Tilquin, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel and Timmermans. Bottled in September 2020.

In May 2022, we invited our esteemed friends from Bofkont and Tommie Sjef to join us in Copenhagen along with base beer from what they considered to be their finest barrels, and we contributed a special blend of our one- and twoyear-old Danish Wild Ale. A methodical blending and tasting session followed, where we eventually found a blend that cohesively showcases the best of each of our beers. This portion of the Congruity blend was aged in Moscatel de Setúbal barrels from Portugal for 16 months before bottling, infusing the beer with notes of honey, caramel and citrus."
