"This vintage is a blend of a spontaneously fermented beer aged for 2 years in barrels and Pinot Meunier from Romain du terroir, in the form of marc co-fermented with the beer. We finally combined the blend with Pinot Meunier must on the day of bottling."

Magnum. "To celebrate our fifth anniversary, we proudly present the Eylenbosch Cuvée Jubilée. This exclusive Oude Gueuze has been carefully blended and bottled in a limited edition of only 777 magnum bottles and 2.222 75cl bottles. This beer originates mostly from our oldest foeder in which lambics from different barrels and foeders were blended and aged further together. The weighted average age is 3 years, with inclusion of our oldest lambic from our first brew in 2019 and our latest youngest lambic, to complete the circle for this unique beer."

"In December 2017, we brewed a collab with Spanish brewery La Pirata. This turned out to be a brilliant thick stout. When we asked our fans what beer we should release again for our 10th anniversary, the Hundred was mentioned very often. Fun detail, the origin of the name of this beer. When we sat down with La Pirata to come up with a name, this happened to be the 100th brew of 2017. Sometimes it can be that simple. This thick full-bodied stout is brewed with lots of dark malts, oats and muscovado sugar. At 12% alcohol, this is a real beer to enjoy quietly. This beer has dark notes of coffee, licorice, molasses and caramel on the palate and a lovely creamy finish. A worthy beer to celebrate our 10th anniversary with."

"Motley Cru is an annual oak-aged blend released each year in celebration of our anniversary. The 2021 version comprises 85% Spontaneous Koelschip Ale, 7.5% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented Wild Ale, and 7.5% Saison. In a final, congregating act, the blend was refermented with morello cherries, wild blueberries, Haskap berries, and Gamay skins."

"Motley Cru 2022 is a three year blend of spontaneous coolship beer. It was aged in neutral barrels and blended together to our taste, with the more mature beer providing classic wild fermentation characteristics and the younger beer exhibiting clean and fruity qualities.
