IPA - New England / Hazy

"For our first collaboration with the iconic brewery Garage in Barcelona, we wanted to make a style that we both love very much, a thick NEIPA with some of our favorite hops of the moment, Citra and Dolcita (ex HBC 1019) for the fruity side, and some Hand Selected Strata from Hops Company for a little bit of danknesss."

"IPA - New Zealand / A double Hazy IPA loaded with massive amounts of our favorite New Zealand hops - Riwaka, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. A straight-up citrus and grape hop bomb."

"The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice."

"6% New England IPA (Dolcita, Anchovy & Nectaron) - A collaboration with two Belgian breweries, Uncharted and BRSTWRD. The result was a 6% NEIPA featuring Anchovy (probably one of the first times this hop has been used in Belgium), Dolcita and Nectaron. So, plenty of lovely hops. A little detail: Dimitri and I got to know Matt Storms in Washington; as well as being a well-known brewer in Seattle, he’s also one of the developers of the Anchovy hop. The name (translated to "I actually prefer wine") came about when Tom (Uncharted) and Janos were complaining that they were sometimes so fed up with beer; after that, we started drinking wine for the rest of the tap takeover. Of course, we’re not fed up with beer, but the moment was too good to pass up."
