"A Stout Collab made in Heaven! Kees Brewery entered into a partnership with the legendary Pühaste brewery from Tartu, Estonia. Inspired by Pühaste's Patt, which means "sin" in Estonia, we brewed a big fat stout together. At the first sip, notes of coffee and chocolate ooze, followed by a slightly spicy touch.
Ideal as a dessert, or simply to enjoy. It's just a sin not to drink this beer."

Vintage 2024. "A re-imagining of one of the most enigmatic beers to come out of the head of Dany Prignon. Ale brewed with spices, water, barley, hops, yeast, and candy sugar. Belgian Beer Club De Heikantse Bierliefhebbers was involved in the commemoration of the "Boerenkrijg" (the Flemish peasant war against the French occupier) in 1798. In regard to the original 1998 batch, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary, Dany Prignon (Fantôme Brewery) brewed the beer Caeymaex for them. Mr Caeymaex was, at time of this war, mayor of Berlaar and leader of a small peasant army that fought with the French."

In May 2022, we invited our esteemed friends from Bofkont and Tommie Sjef to join us in Copenhagen along with base beer from what they considered to be their finest barrels, and we contributed a special blend of our one- and two-year-old Danish Wild Ale. A methodical blending and tasting session followed, where we eventually found a blend that cohesively showcases the best of each of our beers. This portion of the blend was aged in Premier Cru wine barrels from Bordeaux for 16 months before bottling, infusing the beer with robust red wine notes."

Season 2022-2023 Assemblage #40. Bottled on 01/02/2023. "This is our first fully organic Oude Kriek! We macerated sour cherries for more than 11 months on one- and two-year old lambik, before blending with some more two-year old lambik. Lambikken originate from three different barrels and six different brews. All of the grains were sourced in our own Cereal Collective, and half of the hops come off Belgian fields. The weighted average age of the blend is more than twenty months. The final fruit intensity is 350 grams of sour cherries per finished litre of Kriek."

Season 2021-2022 Assemblage #118. Bottled on 22/09/2022. "This Oude Kriek features a maceration of sour cherries on three- and four-year old lambik, for almost seven months. We used lambikken from four different barrels and six different brews. The weighted average age of the complete blend clocks at more than 28 months. The final fruit proportion is 365 grams of fruit per litre of Oude Kriek. All lambikken were brewed by ourselves and almost half of the cereals used were sourced in our Cereal Collective."
