Riwaka's intense citrus & pungent herbaceous character pair perfectly with the refined gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin with our hand-selected Mosaic Cryo brings a wealth of berry sweetness to the party."

We invited the host ! This beer has been brewed at Baxbier with Baxbier, where the magic happened for 2 years now. The idea was make a thiolized double IPA trying to push the boundaries of thiols as far as we can using all the available science ! Big line up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cascade, Saaz and Phantasm to give an amazing and powerful tropical fruit salad supported by a refreshing New-Zealand vibe!"

DDH New Zeeland IPA brewed with 100% Freestyle hops. Hopped and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin (early harvest), Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief and Southern Cross (mid harvest). Expect lemon zest, lime, citrus, sauvignon, gooseberry, white peaches, stone fruits, pomelo and nectarine."

"Brewed for the first time in 2020, Hazy Pale is our first beer when everything has started. Basically, pale ale is a style we really like and often underrated. This is one of the reasons we made a pale ale at that time. Hopped with Citra/Cryo Citra, Mosaic/Cryo Mosaic and Idaho 7 to bring mango, citrus, papaya and passion fruit. Oat and wheat are part of the grain bill to create a creamy body staying easy to drink."

Bursting with mainly New Zealand hops line up, Superdelic, super star Nectaron paired with its sister Waimea. Last but not least, Idaho 7 (Dynaboost) is joining for a storm of hops. Load of tropical fruits, berries, red fruits, sweet manguo, citrus, peaches !"
