    Verdant King of May

    9,99 €

"Packed with so much Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, drink this beer and you may start to see visions of another world! Our love affair with the icons of the Beat Generation continues. If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that across Marylou (Pale Ale), Neal Gets Things Done (IPA), and Allen (DIPA), we’ve used the exact same hop bill to show how a story can evolve, shift, and intensify. But there was still one missing chapter. The ultimate poem. Enter King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that serves as the grand finale to our Beat Gen series.
To honour the King, we loaded an incredibly soft, luscious grain bill with a staggering, saturated amount of our favourite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we have ever done, combined with a massive 30 g/l dry hop.
Expect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a solid dankness. It is big, loud, beautifully aromatic, and pushes our house style to its absolute limit."

    Verdant Lightness Illusion

    8,97 €

"The new heavy hitter of the Colour Theory family: Lightness Illusion. This 8% DIPA rounds out the series with a deep, complex journey. By elevating the ABV and hop saturation, we’ve brought forth waves of joyous tropical fruits floating atop a dank, brooding, and wonderfully complex underbelly all thanks to Nectaron, Idaho 7 and Citra!

For this label, our Creative Director took inspiration from the famous Munker illusion, a phenomenon in which the perceived colour of an object shifts drastically depending on the surrounding stripes. Your brain rewrites the data based on the background. Looking at the label, you’d swear you’re seeing different colours, but each shape is the exact same shade of blue."

"7.6% Double New Zealand IPA (Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka) - We did our best to pack as many New Zealand hops as possible into a can. If we’d used any more pellets, there wouldn’t have been any room left for liquid—we might as well have become a hop supplier ourselves.
Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka… This New Zealand trio is sure to inspire some wild celebrations after drinking this 7.4% DIPA."

"Ever wondered what Henry van de Velde drank while designing the Book Tower in Ghent? It probably weren't Belgian Tripels and blondes, as they were not invented until the same period. Only Van de Velde knows for sure, but presumably it was... UYTZET! Yep, and we brewed that historic Ghent style again! This time another Double version of 4.4% ABV and heavily hopped with some European and English classics like Spalter Select, Brewers Gold, Brambling Cross and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Available on keykeg and can"

    Alvinne Cuvée Phi Islay

    5,13 €

"A truly distinctive barrel-aged sour ale that spent three years maturing in a Kilchoman peated whisky barrel, with the addition of ginger pulp. The result is an extraordinary harmony between two bold and seemingly opposite flavors: smoky Islay peat and spicy ginger. After years of patient aging, these extremes have evolved into a remarkably balanced, complex, and surprisingly drinkable beer. "

    Pellicle Vergistingen Mosaik

    27,95 €

"Mosaik is the first blend to feature fruit from our own vineyard, making it a particularly meaningful release for us.
The base is a cider made from apples harvested in a friend's orchard in Borgloon in 2024, consisting of approximately ten different apple varieties. The juice was fermented directly in a former red wine barrel and left to mature through autumn, winter and spring.
In September 2025, the cider was transferred onto pressed grape skins from our vineyard, including Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Regent, Gamay, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, where it macerated for three months. After gently separating the cider from the skins, it spent another three months maturing in barrel before bottling."

  • Pellicle Vergistingen Magenta

    Pellicle Vergistingen Magenta

    29,87 €

"Magenta combines lambics aged between six months and two years, all matured in former Syrah wine barrels.
Following blending, the beer macerated on 2025 Gorsem cherries for six months. After the fruit was removed, the blend rested before being combined with a lavender lambic prepared several months earlier. The lavender consists of both fresh and dried flowers harvested from a friend's garden, contributing delicate floral complexity."

  • Pellicle Vergistingen Mandorla 'P'
    • Nouveau

    Pellicle Vergistingen...

    29,87 €

"This blend begins with lambic matured for eighteen months in an ex-Mandorla barrel. Mandorla is an Italian almond liqueur whose barrel imparts subtle notes reminiscent of frangipane.
As the barrel-aged lambic developed an intense character, we chose to balance it with a young plum lambic. The latter was produced using three-month-old lambic and macerated on plums for more than five months before blending.
The result is a beer that balances rich almond notes with vibrant stone fruit character."

  • Pellicle Vergistingen Savory Sin
    • Nouveau

    Pellicle Vergistingen...

    29,87 €

"Savory Sin is a blend of lambics ranging from 18 months to 3 years of age, sourced from several breweries and matured in former red wine barrels, with one component aged in an ex-Calvados cask.
After composing the base blend, we added a generous quantity of 2025 Gorsem cherries. The fruit refermented with the beer and remained in contact for six months. Once separated from the cherries, the blend was finished with fresh rosemary and satureja, giving the beer its distinctive savoury character."

  • Pellicle Vergistingen Synergy: Quince - Rhubarb
    • Nouveau

    Pellicle Vergistingen...

    29,87 €

"For this edition of Synergy, we explored the combination of quince and rhubarb.
Rather than pressing the quinces into cider, we processed them into fruit pulp before blending them with two-year-old lambic, where they macerated for approximately six months.
The rhubarb component was prepared similarly, using one-year-old lambic and four months of maceration.
After blending both fruit lambics, the beer matured for several additional months in former red wine barrels before bottling."

  • Pellicle Vergistingen The Red Wedding
    • Nouveau

    Pellicle Vergistingen The...

    29,87 €

"The Red Wedding brings together several different lambics and fruit preparations into a single blend.
One component consists of one-year-old lambic macerated on Regent grape skins for more than three months before further barrel ageing. Another is fresh Gorsem cherry lambic that spent six months on the fruit. The final component is a wine produced by co-fermenting Regent and Müller-Thurgau grapes, matured in glass demijohns for one year without any additions.
Together these elements create a layered blend where grape, cherry and wine character intertwine."
