We invited the host ! This beer has been brewed at Baxbier with Baxbier, where the magic happened for 2 years now. The idea was make a thiolized double IPA trying to push the boundaries of thiols as far as we can using all the available science ! Big line up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cascade, Saaz and Phantasm to give an amazing and powerful tropical fruit salad supported by a refreshing New-Zealand vibe!"

"Wild ale with organic red Kékfrankos grapes from the 2024 harvest in Hungary’s Mátra region.

Long did this brew rest in silent oak, where the memory of spirits lingers. One part is Cuvée de Mortagne, slumbering for four long years in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel. The other comes from mead of De Mederie, itself aged in a Heaven Hill bourbon cask, bearing the ancient sweetness of honey and the warmth of distant fire. Beer and mead were joined as companions on the same path, their strengths mingling as though sworn into fellowship."

Rosie Cotton carries the richness of many gifts: a noble blend of three beers — Moenrye Tripel, aged in Sauternes barrels and macerated with quince, Cuvée Theo aged in an Aquavit cask, and Cuvée Per, aged in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape foeder and likewise macerated with quince. The result is a brew with a firm woody character from the barrel aging, embraced by a luscious fruitiness of quince."

This Brewers Edition was born from an exceptional international collaboration: brewers from Norway, Mexico, Romania, New Zealand, Poland, Australia, Luxembourg, Austria, and Chile travelled to Oud Beersel to taste and select lambics straight from the wooden barrels, and to craft one shared blend together.

Reborn is built around 4-year-old lambic from Demi-Muids (630 L) with a pronounced vanilla note, blended with younger lambic from Oud Beersel’s Oude Pijpen (650 L). The combination of barrel types, ages, and this collective selection results in an unusually elegant Oude Geuze—an international collaboration that showcases lambic tradition and craftsmanship to the world.

"This Oude Geuze starts with 2-year-old Lambic and then matured for 18 months on rum casks. The wood still carries traces of rum, bringing hints of molasses, cane sugar and soft vanilla that weave naturally into the Lambic profile. I Would Give Her Flowers is a Mexican Lager (4.5%) A style we’ve wanted to brew for years. Inspired by Kahlo’s beloved sanctuary garden at La Casa Azul, this is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright. Expect a rounded malt body with a distinct flaked maize note, finished with a vibrant, natural, limey zing from Motueka hops."
