This unique blend combines young and long-aged traditional lambic, brewed with premium barley and wheat harvested from the fields of the former Lords of Gaasbeek. This bottle of artisanal geuze is the result of more than five years of work. The oldest lambic was brewed in March 2021, and the bottle was bottled on October 3."
