The warm chaos of summer that requires light, bright, refreshing beers that can be crushed all day long and well into the golden hour, gives way to the cool serenity of winter and the season of longer, slower evenings which beg for richer, fuller ales to be sipped and savored. Enter El Capitano, the perfect double IPA to bridge this seasonal gap. Holding on to the sunny hoppy tropical aromas of the fading summer, now enveloped in a deeper, rounder body and finishing with a boozy warmth. Cette NEIPA DDH est d'une intensité aromatique incroyable grâce aux houblons Mosaic, Galaxy et Amarillo : une explosion de mangue, pêche et agrumes à chaque gorgée, grâce à un double dry-hop généreux. La complexité aromatique se révèle gorgée après gorgée, comme une célébration de ces rencontres transatlantiques qu'on aime tant."

"Suite au succès de chaque release de "Sensation Pure", notre Imperial Stout Chocolat + Caramel Beurre Salé, on a décidé de brasser une version plus accessible ! Voici donc "Mini Sensation Pure" !
