Now this foeder produces an excellent, gentle Lambic, which is just perfect for Traditional Oude Geuze. VAT 91 is soft, full bodied, complex and well balanced. The unique oval shape of foeder no. 91 provides optimal use of warehouse space."

Bersalis Tripel aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels that used to age lambic. This ageing process provokes a second fermentation of the beer (this time spontaneous). BBD is 30/10/2020

Young lambic from De Troch matured with Japanese strawberries.

Berslais Kadet aged 12 months in lambic barrels which resulted in a spontaneous fermentation of the beer. BBD is 15/05/2021

Assemblage #26. bottled on 08/03/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 6 different barrels originating from 5 different brews. The 3 year old lambic accounts for almost a third of this blend.

Assemblage #79. bottled on 26/09/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 6 different barrels originating from 9 different brews. 48% consists of semi-old and old lambic from 5 deiffernt brews.

Assemblage #81. bottled on 03/10/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 8 different barrels and originating from 9 brews. This blend contains 47% matured and old lambics from 6 different brews.

First ever Hommage on small bottles. Bottled on 13/09/18

Assemblage #82. bottled on 04/10/18. This specific Oude Kriek has macerated ifor 6 months with the cherries in 4000 lts oak foeders. The lambics in this blend come from 2 different barrels and originating from 2 different brews from 3 Fonteinen.

Season 2018-2019 Assemblage #12. bottled on 10/12/18. Blend made from 6 different barrels originating from 9 different brews. Almost half of the blend consists of 3F Lambic.

Season 18/19 Assemblage #13. bottled on 11/12/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 6 different barrels originating from 12 different brews. 45% consists of semi-old and old lambic from 6 deiffernt brews.

Blend of Loterbol Blond and Lambic from 3 Fonteinen

Season 2018-2019 Assemblage #51. bottled on 07/03/19. Blend made from 5 different barrels originating from 5 different brews. This blend consists of 45% young lambic and 55% 3 year-old lambic. Part of this blend was bottled in Magnums.

Season 18/19 Assemblage #57. bottled on 21/12/18. This Hommage has macerated for 4.5 months with the organic raspberries and sour cherries. The lambics used come from 6 different barrels and originate from 5 different brews.
