First time in 37.5cl. Lambic aged for several months with wild blueberries picked-up near Vielsalm (Belgian Ardennes). 40kg of whole blueberries were used for 100 liters of lambic.

Season 18/19 Assemblage n°74 bottled on 14/05/19. The final fruit intensity is 403 grams of fruit per liter of finished beer. The lambics used come from 2 differrent barrels and originate from 4 brews. 40% 3F and 60% lambic brewed by Brouwerij Lindemans.
Season 18/19 Assemblage #57. bottled on 21/12/18. This Hommage has macerated for 4.5 months with the organic raspberries and sour cherries. The lambics used come from 6 different barrels and originate from 5 different brews.
