Saison brewed with dandelions. Vintage 2026

Vintage 2022. Cuvée Saison (Blend of Saison, Brett Saison, Sour Saison) matured skin contacts.

"For this collab with A c't'heure dînant, we offer you a big fat juicy DIPA that highlights the powerful tropical notes of Talus hops. All backed up with a nice dose of Cryo Citra and Barbe Rouge!"

Rye Saison fermented with Kveik and Brett. Aged for 11 mpnths in Burgundy red wine barrels.

Pour ça, on a fait appel à un fournisseur de choix, Freestyle Hops, pour nous sourcer les meilleurs lots de Waimea et Nelson Sauvin, 2 de nos houblons néo-zélandais favoris."

We invited the host ! This beer has been brewed at Baxbier with Baxbier, where the magic happened for 2 years now. The idea was make a thiolized double IPA trying to push the boundaries of thiols as far as we can using all the available science ! Big line up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cascade, Saaz and Phantasm to give an amazing and powerful tropical fruit salad supported by a refreshing New-Zealand vibe!"

All three have been brewed using Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a brand new product developed over the last year with our German maltster, BestMalz, that produces a rich texture that's creamy, fluffy & very very fancy.

For this indulgent Double IPA we've chosen fruit salad hop combination that features our hand-selected Citra & a bounty of two delicious New Zealand varieties."
