3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze...
7,48 €Season 2018-2019 Assemblage #76. bottled on 23/05/19. Blend made from 5 different barrels (including an Amontillado Sherry barrel) originating from 7 different brews. The Oude Lambic comes from 2 different barrels and two different brews and represents around 40% of the blend. The oldest lambic was brewed on 12th January 2016. The average age of the lambis at bottling is 19 months.

3 Fonteinen Pruim Mirabelle...
33,77 €Season 2021-2022, Assemblage #21. Bottled on 21/01/2022. "For this Pruim, we macerated fresh picked-to-ripeness sweet Mirabelle plums. Maceration took a tad over four months. For both maceration and blending, we used over 90% of old lambics, both two-, three- and four-year old. The weighted average of this blend upon bottling is therefore almost 25 months. The final fruit intensity is 304 grams of plums per litre of finished Pruim. The largest part of the fourteen brews used comes from smaller barrels and are 3 Fonteinen-brewed. Of those, more than 1/3 were brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals."

27,97 €Season 2022-2023, Assemblage #25. Bottled on 11/01/2023. "For this small batch Pruim Mirabelle x Oloroso, we macerated hand-picked Belgian Mirabelle plums for four months on three-year and four-year old lambik, before blending with more of such old lambik ànd four-year old lambik. The oldest lambik was brewed in January 2019 and was later on matured on an Oloroso barrel from Josefa Perez. As this old portion (and barrels) covers a considerable part of the lambik volume, the resulting weighted average of this blend is more than 34 months. The final fruit concentration is 328 grams of Mirabelle plums per litre of Pruim."

11,13 €Season 2022-2023. Assemblage #6 bottled on 10/11/2022. "For this specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended lambikken from three different barrels and five different brews. Almost 40% of the lambikken used were three-year and four-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the geuze blend to more than 23 months on the moment of bottling. More than 65% of the cereals used during brewing were sourced in our Cereal Collective."
