La Sambre Soyouz - Ecuador...
18,89 €"A very special variation of our Soyouz base beer, cold-infused with some fresh Ecuador cacao roasted Frederick Blondeel and Ecuador whole coffee beans from Café Delahaut. Of note, we collected the cacao and coffee beans directly from their production site and infused them within 24h after the roasting process, in order to perfectly preserve their delicate aroma.
The blend creates a beautiful bouquet of chocolate, coffee, nuts, praliné and red fruits. As always, the Soyouz base beer has a marked bitterness that creates some balance and reminds the bitterness of coffee and cocoa. Open between 10-12°C and allow to open and warm up throughout the tasting." Rupture de stock -
Siemàn Occhio Al Bianco
17,65 €"Occhio al Bianco is made from all our four white grapes varieties (GARGANEGA, TAI BIANCO, INCROCIO MANZONI, BRONNER), so it’s a blend of them. This is the job we love, to experiment, taste and mix the fruits of our territory. Spontaneous fermentation in acacia wood vessels and in stainless steel, without sulphur addition. Short maceration on the skins for 3 days, with delicate fulling."

17,85 €"Two autochthonous grape varieties, Tai Rosso and Turchetta. A double game made by the semi-carbonic maceration and the traditional red winemaking. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, without sulphur addition, half with stalks. Maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aged in 500 and 700 liters oak barrels."
