Blend of 1, 2, 3 and 5 YO lambics from Brouwerij De Troch and Brouwerij Eylenbosch aged on Highland Whisky barrels. Limited edition of 340 liters.

Season 2018-2019. Assemblage #36 bottled on 28/01/2019. "This specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston was assembled with lambics from 8 different barrels that originate from 8 different brews. The average age of this blend at bottling was 18 months = 55% young + 30% semi-old + 15% old lambic."

"Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Gueuze Tilquin 40-60 is made from the blending of 40 % 1 year old and 60 % 2 years old lambics, matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle."

Season 2017-2018. Assemblage #57.. bottled on 22/05/18. "This particular Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambics from 7 different barrels and originating from 9 different brews. The oldest portion of lambic was brewed on the 21st of October 2014. While blending, some local honey was added."
