Lervig Sour Suzy
€2.67"A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness & very low hop profile. Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma which are accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves."

Mills Glass
€20.98"Glass is our series of beers characterised by a delicate minerally flavour, fresh kettle-hop aroma, and the addition of sea salt in the blending tank. This is our third iteration. In February, April and August 2020 we produced extra pale, minerally worts, with fresh East Kent Goldings hops. The fresh hops add wonderful aromatics (quite distinct from dry hop character) as well as acting to restrain the acidity produced in the wild fermentation. We made a blend from the four most delicate tasting barrels and added a touch of Cornish sea salt into the blending tank to give a crisp finish."

Siren Calypso
€4.42"Calypso roars with sharp, spritzy and mouth-puckering sensation, accented by tropical and citrussy hop aroma. It's clean, refreshing and always keeps you going back for more. Our sour showcase rotates the dry-hopping, so each brew offers something different and unique."

Tilquin Petite Gueuze
€5.45"No April fool here, this is the first gueuze in a can ever! Can-conditioned at 100%. A few kegs were also produced. This PETITE GUEUZE TILQUIN is a blend of 70% 1-year-old light Meerts and 30% 2-year-old lambics, all spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was given 2 months to spontaneously refermented in the can. It will surely keep evolving but its ready to drink, super refreshing, ideal for the coming summer! It was canned with the help of our friends from Brasserie Minne (Somme-Leuze). 12.450 cans were produced."
