The idea was make a thiolized double IPA trying to push the boundaries of thiols as far as we can using all the available science ! Big line up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cascade, Saaz and Phantasm to give an amazing and powerful tropical fruit salad supported by a refreshing New-Zealand vibe!"

For this label, our Creative Director took inspiration from the famous Munker illusion, a phenomenon in which the perceived colour of an object shifts drastically depending on the surrounding stripes. Your brain rewrites the data based on the background. Looking at the label, you’d swear you’re seeing different colours, but each shape is the exact same shade of blue."

"First brewed in 2021 from our old brewery in Portobello, this is the evolution of a sour IPA we’ve revisited countless times since the early days of Vault City. This time, we’ve taken a fan favourite and turned it up a notch, brewing a DIPA combining our mixed fermentation base beer with fresh lemon juice, zest and a triple dry-hop of New Zealand varieties amplifying notes of citrus, white grape and gooseberry."

"This 6.2% NEIPA combines Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka to deliver an explosion of tropical fruit, white grapes, lime, and fresh citrus, with that characteristic touch of New Zealand hops that gives it an unmistakable personality. A Gross-style hop bomb brewed with rolled oats and fermented with our fruitiest house yeast. Dry-hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, and Mosaic, it’s bursting with notes of mandarin nectar, mango, and orange Haribo bears.

"A new experiment from Yakima Chief’s FWD 2026 program, this time crossed with our “Craft Lager Projekt”!With this West Coast PilsnerDDH, we set out to create a beer that combines great drinkability with captivating aromas. Using a 100% French grain bill, we’ve blended the finesse of a traditional bottom-fermented beer with the subtle flavors of the experimental American HBC 1134 hop variety in HyperBoost and T90 formats, paired with French Triskel and Citra hops. These hop varieties complement each other perfectly in this beer style, and the result is both crisp and flavorful."

"This NZ Double NEIPA DDH combines two different yet complementary New Zealand terroirs. The Nelson Sauvin comes from Sunrise Valley Farm (plots 16, 22, 21, and 9), where the mild maritime climate lends a touch of freshness. The Manilita, meanwhile, grows at Nelson Lakes Farm (plot A1 in the Tutaki Valley) on sandy loam soil. The combination is rich in oils and features exotic notes (mango, passion fruit)."

"Here’s a Franco-Belgian NEIPA we brewed in collaboration with Brussels Beer Project, featuring a generous dry-hopping blend that combines the signature hops from Fauve’s “Rejaillir le Feu” NEIPA (Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro) and Brussels Beer Project’s “Delta IPA” (Citra, Mosaic, and Smaragd).

What makes this NEIPA unique is the use of a base of Belgian malts, which gives it a silky texture and a slightly orange hue, as well as the addition of Smaragd hops, which bring out spicy notes."
