"Black Currant Pancake. It's been over 3 years since our last batch of this mead, and we're very excited to have it wrapping up in time for early 2026.
We anticipate that this batch will be present with an explosion of fruit, though we're continuing to play with the adjuncts and actively taste testing to make sure this one pops. "

"Call of the Void is our Black Currant mead aged in gin barrels. Lush black currant leads the way with notes of berry compote, cassis, and orange blossom honey, layered against the bright botanical character of the barrel. Juniper, citrus peel, and soft herbal spice lift the richness of the fruit, creating a vibrant balance of crisp aromatics and deep mid-palate richness. The finish lingers with hints of oak, black cherry, subtle piney juniper, and warming spice."
