€ 2,94Vintage 2022. "Père Noël is a Christmas ale, though very different from any other Christmas ales you might know. While most Christmas ales are rich & sweet, this one is amber-coloured, 7% vol. Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops."

Tommie Sjef Bitter
€ 32,95: 2"Bitter is a blend of a saison and mature beer from oldebarrels. The saison is made with a good amount of hops. The resulting bitterness works well with the complexity of the older beer, that aged for 2,5 up to 4 years in oak barrels. In the nose you will come across vanilla, dusty cellar and some funk, but also a floral quality — think of lavender and chamomile. The more yeasty character of the saison, with a hint of black pepper, complements the more mature and funky characteristics of the older part of the blend. Taste-wise, you’ll find lemon zest, wood, and interesting herbal notes like sage and terragon. The bright acidity of the wild ale and the firm bitterness of the saison make this a refreshing, yet complex beer. The after taste ends dry, with hints of aromatic apples, like a good calvados."

DOK / Arpus What The Hell...
€ 3,81"7.3% New England IPA - Onze collab met Arpus Brewing Co. uit Letland is er! Tijdens het brouwen van dit bier was onze playlist niet op zijn opperbest. We hebben de hele dag op onze tanden gebeten om het uiteindelijk in de biernaam te verwerken. Sorry voor de klanten die aanwezig waren die dag. We maken het goed met een nieuwe hazy IPA.
We bleven weg van stereotype hoppen en gingen aan de slag met Vista en Centennial CGX. Haver en spelt vormen de basis voor deze tongstreling.
