    Wild ale brewed last year with all breweries participating in Dok Brewing Festival. It has a malt base similar to the Brussels spontaneous cousins. The beer first underwent a clean fermentation in tank after which it was inoculated into white wine barrels with a mixed culture consisting of micro-organisms grown from bottles ofCantillon, Verzet, Nevel , Schneeeule and Tanker.

    "We celebrate our head brewer´s ambitious plan to run the Marathon Des Sables by brewing a beer for charity. A very aromatic session NEIPA with Sabro and Mosaic. Lots of tropical fruit, with a strong smell of pomelo, ripe mango and some pine. Bitterness is virtually non-existent. A perfect thirst quencher after a run in the desert! The charity we will support is the local Ghentian VZW Jong. All profits go to this charity that focusses on helping disadvantaged kids getting back into society through all kinds of activities."

    "Appélation Dok Controlé. This is the second beer that we release according to our Méthode Ghantoise. Our beloved house culture has fermented its first brown beer. Old brown, this style mainly known in the regions of East and South West Flanders is characterized by the typical sweet-and-sour balance. Maltiness, freshness, vinosity combined in a bottle. This beer was matured for 1 year in some very beautiful Pinot noir casks from Burgundy."
