Espiga Octopint
€5.28: 4"Octopint is a hazy-looking IPA with a double dose of dry hopping of two American hops. The Octopint octopus has traveled the oceans to collect the new Mckenzie hops in Oregon and the Ekuanot hops in the Yakima Valley. The new Mckenzie hops combine very well with the Ekuanot because they complement each other with the notes of tropical fruits they bring. The Ekuanot gives us more citrus and tropical fruit notes such as papaya and pineapple and even pepper and the Mckenzie more resinous notes, melon, grapes and memories of thyme. An ideal combination of fruits is created on a citrus and fresh base due to the notes of herbal plants that they also bring. In the aroma and flavor we will find all these notes accompanied by a silky sensation thanks to the combination of malts with barley. The octopus drinks the pints in 8 in 8, and you?"

Fauve / Whiplash Au Pied de...
€6.19: 3"This collaboration with our Irish friends at Whiplash was an opportunity to challenge our beliefs about hoppy beers, particularly our dry-hopping methods, drawing inspiration from what they do (very well).
Hop-wise, Strata (their star variety) and its French cousin, Barbe Rouge, are featured, along with Ekuanot, one of Whiplash's favorites, whose citrusy notes pair well with Nelson Sauvin." -
