Russian Imperial Stout

"At the end of November we welcomed La Pirata Brewing to Galway for the long awaited return leg of our collaboration. This triple mashed Imperial Stout spent three months in steel before being infused with thoughtful amounts of Madagascan Vanilla beans & tonka beans. The bean treatments have added layers of decadent milk chocolate & vanilla to what was already a luscious imperial stout.." BB is March 2023 (Canned March 2022)

The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.
