€ 14,91"The third installment of our new, unique series of barrel blends. This time we mixed our long-boiled Barley Wine from Woodford Double Oaked bourbon barrels with Imperial Stout from Monsters aged in Jack Daniel's barrels for 14 months. We infused the whole thing with cocoa nibs and figs."

€ 17,85"Prato Alto is our most complex wine. It features extended maceration and an horizon of long term. Grapes: GARGANEGA, INCROCIO MANZONI, BRONNER. Grown on calcareous soils: sand, clay and silt. Spontaneous fermentation in acacia wood vessels of 1400 liters , without sulphur addition. Maceration on the skins for 7 days, with delicate fulling."

Brasseria Della Fonte X...
€ 24,85"The blending of this mighty Barleywine was a bit more complex than usual, as we discarded several barrels that did not pair well with our first choice (an Imperial Stout aged in ex-Apple Brandy barrels).
The final blend was achieved using an ex-Rye Whiskey barrel containing a barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter, our Pilsner, Munich malt, and over 8 hours of boiling. With an average maturation of 16 months, the blend achieves a balance that neither beer could have reached on its own.
The warm notes of whiskey and wood intertwine with the fruity and spicy nuances of the apple brandy, supporting a rich base of caramel, ripe fruit, cocoa, and toasted wood. Every element finds its place, while the alcohol content holds together a muscle-bound yet delicate structure." Niet op voorraad
