€ 52,31"Meager Portmanteau is a blend of Primitive's three-year, MT spontaneous beer refermented with juicy Colorado peaches, and Cellar West's oak aged Meager - a funky little table saison with Colorado grain. The marriage of these two (one mature & complex, one young & lively) fashions a delightful blended beer representative of both breweries' makeup. Delicately tart, laden with notes of ripe peach & oak, equal parts carefree & complex. The blend was given delicate Orange Blossom Honey from Bee Squared Apiaries to naturally condition and develop in green, corked & caged 750mL bottles for many months. Meager Portmanteau is finally ready to share! We love the honey’s delicate floral addition to the already intense bouquet on the nose.?."

Drap Don't Talk About It 2023
€ 32,00100% Gelber Muskateller. "Method: After a maceration on full cluster for a few hours, the grapes were pressed and then completely transferred to a stainless steel tank. There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp." Limited to 508 bottles

Drap I Can Speak Spanish 2023
€ 32,00100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.

Mills High Cut
€ 23,61: 3"This is a new blend, created to capture the remarkably light and fresh citrusy character we find in some of our older barrels. It was made from a blend of pale beers, consisting of 2 barrels of 4 year old beer, and 2 barrels of 3 year old beer. The barrels making up the blend were selected for their combination of bright citrus acidity and balancing deep funk, to produce a complex yet elegant summery beer. The finished blend was dry-hopped with fresh whole-leaf Czech Saaz hops, for their wonderful noble aromatics, along with a touch of US Citra to highten the lemon/grapefruit notes of the fermentation. Bottled straight from the dry-hop tank to capture as much of the hop as possible, the finished beer then conditioned in bottle for 5 months."
