Aged 24 months in Pursuit whiskey barrels this beer has massive aroma notes of espresso and fruity figs finishing with notes of fudge and marshmallow. "Colourant, in collaboration with our good friends at Phase Three, is a massive imperial stout brewed with a heavy hand of wheat. We doubled down and aged it in Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels for 17 months before introducing the beer to coconut, cinnamon, and equal parts of vanilla beans. The result is deliciously decadent-reminiscent of cream soda and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
