"This Oude Geuze consists of a blend of 1 and 3 year old lambic, that was aged on two special oak foeders which were originally used before by a French producer of a famous white bubbly wine. We aren't allowed to mention its name, but you’ll definitely taste what we’re talking about. We really treasure our yearly collaboration with Boon, because it allows us to push boundaries and play around with a very traditional beer style together with some of the most skilled lambic producers in the world."

Lambic matured with Cassis (Black Currant). Around 300 grams of fruit per liter of lambic.

The new Horal's Oude Gueuze Megablend for the 13th "Toer de Gueuze". It was made with lambics from 10 diffrent Brewers and blenders of gueuze: Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Tilquin, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel and Timmermans. Bottled in September 2020.

"This series of herbal beers is dedicated to the seasons. Each beer stands for a particular season, so you can drink your way through the year. We used rosemary from our family garden, which lend the beer its herbaceous and woody aroma. This blend is matured on average 10 month in red wine barrels."

Season 2019-2020. Assemblage #78. Bottled on 30/09/2020. "For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries for almost nine months partly on oak and partly on stainless steel. We chose both jyoung and two-year oude lambiic for maceration, originating from four different barrels and seven different brews. We blended with another two young lambics from one barrel and two brews. The final fruit intensity is 458 grams of sour cherries per litre of Intens Rood. A part of this blend was bottled on 750 ml bottles and a part on magnums. 100% 3 Fonteinen."

"Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with cherries. In this blend of Funky Blender we added fresh, whole fruit at rate of about two pounds per gallon to our base beer. Each barrel is carefully hand picked to ensure it will pair perfectly with the whole fruit we are using while keeping the funky flavor. The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

"Flavor King pluots, what else needs to be said? This variety is literally the King of Flavors! The blend delights from the start of the pour. Pink foam that not only drops off the kids for the birthday, but then sticks around for the flavor party. What? Does anyone read these? Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet. "Dit gelimiteerde bier is het moederbier van onze Oud Bruin. Het is een single-cask, wat betekent dat het bier geen blend is van verschillende vaten, maar volledig uit één vat komt. Anders dan de klassieker is het ook niet geblend met jong bier. Het Foederbier rijpte 2 jaar op grote houten vaten van 40 of 50 HL. Foederbier heeft meer hints van rood fruit en is meliger op zuren. Het aroma is fruitig, houtachtig met een vleugje kerrie."
