"A very special edition of Origin Story in a gooey S'More style! This beer is full of rich malts, so expect notes of marshmallow, caramel, honey, nutty biscuit, chocolate and subtle smokiness all coming through with refined depth. Rich residual sugars balance with oak tannins to keep the beer drinkable, moreish and spectacularly flavoursome."

Pack Containing 4 different Vintages of XXX Rye Reserva Bourbon BA: 1 x 2012 (75cl), 1 x 2013 (33cl), 1 x 2014 (33cl) & 1 x 2022 (33cl). Some labels might be damaged and some crown caps a bit rusted as the beers were aged for many years in a cellar. Most of these beers are also past their BBD

"X Anniversary 4/10 Imperial Baltic Porter - fourth in a series of anniversary beers brewed in collaboration with friends from Hidden Springs. This is a mutual collaboration – a similar base beer was brewed, then supplemented in the final stages to recreate popular desserts from each region. In Wroclaw (PL), Guava Pastelitos, a very popular snack in Tampa (FL, USA), was replicated. Meanwhile, Hidden Springs tackled plum-streusel yeast cake, a classic dessert in Poland. Traditional long aging, preceded by extended fermentation, ensures this beer spends over two months in the tank. Dark notes are present but do not dominate as they might in an Imperial Stout. The selected ingredients offer a light sweetness and a distinctly tropical character. All of this is complemented by dessert-like aroma."

"Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!
The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime."

This year we wanted to capture that magical moment of dusk, when daylight turns into night, and translate it into an intense and silky beer.Twilight Hyperactive is loaded with two hop bombs, Simcoe and Citra, which provide more aromatic intensity and a higher alcoholic strength, while maintaining its juicy and enveloping character."
