Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka en Motueka... Dit Nieuw-Zeelandse trio zal voor verschillende hakas zorgen na het drinken van deze DIPA van 7.4%"

"We'd been wanting to brew another saison for a long time.
And we'd also been wanting to work with Belgian hops again for just as long.
So, we finally did it with "Athanor."
With this recipe, we wanted to return to something simple: a dry, thirst-quenching beer, without any exuberance, where each ingredient has its place and can express itself. A simple and straightforward malt base, with a touch of spelt for body and a rustic character. Poperinge hops for a subtle bitterness, herbaceous, floral, and slightly spicy notes. And then the saison esters, of course: white pepper, yellow fruits, subtle citrus, that little dry, yeasty tension that makes you want to come back for more.
The result is an old-school summer saison in spirit: simple, straightforward, dry, expressive, and with maximum drinkability."

"This Single Hop IPA has been brewed with one of those new generation hops from Slovenia: Styrian Dragon. Expect balanced notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and berries. Very easy drinking!"

"3.9% Weizen (Champagne Barbu Tarwe; Magnum & Hallertau Mittelfrüh) - Witbier gebrouwen met een oude tarweras genaamd Champagne Barbu. Binnenkort start onze samenwerking met bioboerderij Welden. Zij willen verschillende oude graanvariëteiten voor ons aanplanten om dan te gebruiken in ons bieren. Al deze granen zijn ‘bijna’ vergeten rassen die omwille van de lagere rendementen dan de commerciële worden verdrongen uit de conventionele landbouw. Uiteraard hebben deze graansoorten andere smaken en aroma’s dan we gewend van deze soorten. Dit bier is dus een voorproefje van meerdere bieren die hun focus hebben op de gebruikte graansoorten."

"6% New England IPA (Dolcita, Anchovy & Nectaron) - Collab met twee Belgische brouwerijen Uncharted en BRSTWRD. Het werd een NEIPA van 6% met Anchovy (waarschijnlijk een van de eerste keren dat deze hop werd gebruikt in België), Dolcita en Nectaron. Veel lekkere hopjes dus. Klein detail: Dimitri en mezelf hebben Matt Storms leren kennen in Washington, buiten een gekende brouwer in Seattle is hij ook een van de ontwikkelaars van de Anchovy. De naam kwam tot stand toen Tom (Uncharted) en Janos aan het klagen waren dat ze bier soms zo beu waren, daarna zijn we wijn beginnen drinken voor de rest van de tap takeover. Uiteraard zijn we bier niet beu, maar het moment was te mooi om te laten liggen."

"7.1% Double IPA (Magnum, Cascade & Amarillo) - Deze collab met SE10 uit Hoboken werd een moderne Double West Coast IPA van 7% gebrouwen met New-Zealand Cascade en Amarillo. NZ Cascade (of Taiheke) was zo goed als niet te verkrijgen in Europa, maar we hebben op wat knopjes geduwd om aan de hop te kunnen geraken. Desondanks dat het moderne IPA (licht troebel, geen karamelmouten, en nieuwere hopsoorten dan wat we vroeger hadden) heeft hij toch een heel erg oldschool ‘dank’ neus! Dank u wel."

Berliner Weisse w/ Mandarin & Chamomile
