Dry Apple Cider

Dry Apple Cider dry hopped with Simcoe hops

"Quince Naturel is fermented with crushed and pressed flowering quinces. After a long fermentation and secondary pressing, the cider is cold-matured and gentle bubbles are added before canning. It exhibits citrusy, floral, and tannic notes. The world’s best Estonian apples, combined with Nordic flowering quince, create a pleasantly tart bouquet. Fresh as a summer sunrise in Mukri bog."

Sweet Apple Cider

"Wild Cider (Jonagold - Reinette origin Lendelede) matured for 16 months in Bourbon barrels with the addition of wild honey"

"Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider."

"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."
