"On a brassé cette collab' transatlantique avec les Québécois de chez Wills, from Montréal ! Cette NEIPA DDH est d'une intensité aromatique incroyable grâce aux houblons Mosaic, Galaxy et Amarillo : une explosion de mangue, pêche et agrumes à chaque gorgée, grâce à un double dry-hop généreux. La complexité aromatique se révèle gorgée après gorgée, comme une célébration de ces rencontres transatlantiques qu'on aime tant."

The aromatic profile is an explosion of innovation thanks to the European debut of Strata® Cryo®, which brings a complex range of strawberry, passion fruit and a herbal touch of sage. "We are very happy to collaborate with our friends at DEYA from the UK, we love their pale ales and IPAs. That is why we wanted to make a hazy IPA with a lot of body and many kilos of hops. This 7.5% ABV DDH IPA has a hazy appearance and a golden color with orange reflections. The aroma is abundant with stone fruit such as peach and apricot, there is also the presence of pineapple and a citrus background that will make the sip stand out."

"Supernova is our latest collaboration with our friends and local brewers Oddity. This is a 7.7% abv West Coast DIPA designed for lovers of crisp bitterness and intense aromatic profiles that explode like a real star. Bright gold in colour and with a persistent white head, it stands out for its heavy use of Superdelic, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Cryo hops. On the nose, it offers an explosion of aromas that combine the notes of ripe tropical fruits and red berries of Superdelic with the peach nuances of Simcoe and the touch of grapefruit and citrus fruits characteristic of Citra. On the palate, it presents a medium body with a firm, clean and dry bitterness, characteristic of the West Coast style, which perfectly balances the sweetness of the malt. It is a powerful but extremely drinkable beer, with a long and resinous finish that invites another sip."

"Triple New England / Hazy IPA - After a first collaboration in 2023 at their's we finally invited our dear friends from Dry & Bitter, Copenhagen to come and brew at ours. As a result, we are found with a massive Triple NEIPA (or DDH TIPA as you wish), with Citra T90, Cryo and Hyperboost & Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Bliss Process and Subzero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops Thick, juicy, citrusy, graprefruity, and Nelsony, whatever that may mean."

"Cette Double NEIPA, c'est un retour aux sources pour Fauve. Après de nombreuses collabs avec des brasseries étrangères qui nous ont challengé sur notre manière de réaliser nos dry-hoppings, on a enfin pu regrouper nos apprentissages dans cette bière, pour pousser à l'extrême l'exotisme Nectaron, du Citra et du Sabro. Le résultat : une intensité aromatique folle, sur l'ananas frais, la mangue mûre et la noix de coco. Enjoy!"

"One of three beers promoting the Beer Geek Madness 2026 festival brewed with Trzech Kumpli brewery. Browar Trzech Kumpli is among the top names in the Polish craft scene, so this collaboration is especially exciting. A hybrid of an IPA and a fruited sour was brewed without lactose or maltodextrin, with fullness coming solely from the malts and fruit. Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic Prysma extract added cold provide an intense hop aroma. Mandarin and banana bring juicy character, while the low bitterness lets the fruit shine. The beer was soured by the house yeast strain."

The American brewery Spyglass Brewing Company will make its first appearance in Wroclaw at the Beer Geek Madness Festival, making this collaboration especially exciting. A festival NEIPA was brewed with a thick, oat-heavy base and a unique hop profile. A rare experimental Australian hop, HPA 033, brings sweet notes of mango and marshmallow with a light citrus finish. Galaxy adds touches of stone fruit and passion fruit. Juicy, aromatic, and highly drinkable – a standout festival brew."
