The aromatic profile is an explosion of innovation thanks to the European debut of Strata® Cryo®, which brings a complex range of strawberry, passion fruit and a herbal touch of sage. This base is enhanced by the intense character of New Zealand Riwaka™ hops, which flood the nose with powerful notes of grapefruit and passion fruit, while Simcoe® Cryo® rounds out the blend with its characteristic peach scent. On the palate, the beer is clean and with the resonant bitterness typical of the style. Cryo® technology allows the passion fruit and citrus of the grapefruit to stand out with crystalline purity, without vegetal interference. The balance between the bubblegum and sage undertones of the Strata and the fruity sweetness of the Simcoe peach creates a vibrant dry experience. "
