Le Nelson Sauvin provient de la ferme Sunrise Valley (parcelles 16, 22, 21 & 9) sous un climat maritime doux qui apporte un brin de fraîcheur. Le Manilita, lui, pousse à la ferme Nelson Lakes (parcelle A1 de la vallée de Tutaki) sur un sol de limon sableux. Le combo est chargé en huiles et axé sur l'exotisme (mangue, passion). "

"Voici une NEIPA franco-belge qu'on a brassée en collab' avec Brussels Beer Project avec un DDH généreux mélangeant les houblons signatures de la NEIPA "Rejaillir le Feu" de Fauve (Mosaic, Simcoe et Sabro) et de la "Delta IPA" de Brussels Beer Project (Citra, Mosaic et Smaragd).

L'originalité de cette NEIPA vient de l'utilisation d'une base de malts belges pour une texture soyeuse et une robe légèrement orangée, mais aussi de l'ajout du houblon Smaragd, apportant des notes épicées."

"NZ style Double Neipa. Best Maltz Pilsner base with oats and wheat. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Straw coloured with a heavy haze. Aromas of tropical and stone fruit, gooseberry and white grape. Low bitterness with a thick and creamy body."
