Après notre "Je Plonge et Nage en Plein Azur", notre NEIPA DDH aux houblons de Nouvelle-Zélande, on a décidé d'aller un cran plus loin en brassant une Double IPA avec des houblons 100% néo-zélandais! Pour ça, on a fait appel à un fournisseur de choix, Freestyle Hops, pour nous sourcer les meilleurs lots de Waimea et Nelson Sauvin, 2 de nos houblons néo-zélandais favoris."

We invited the host ! This beer has been brewed at Baxbier with Baxbier, where the magic happened for 2 years now. The idea was make a thiolized double IPA trying to push the boundaries of thiols as far as we can using all the available science ! Big line up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cascade, Saaz and Phantasm to give an amazing and powerful tropical fruit salad supported by a refreshing New-Zealand vibe!"

All three have been brewed using Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a brand new product developed over the last year with our German maltster, BestMalz, that produces a rich texture that's creamy, fluffy & very very fancy.

For this indulgent Double IPA we've chosen fruit salad hop combination that features our hand-selected Citra & a bounty of two delicious New Zealand varieties."

For this label, our Creative Director took inspiration from the famous Munker illusion, a phenomenon in which the perceived colour of an object shifts drastically depending on the surrounding stripes. Your brain rewrites the data based on the background. Looking at the label, you’d swear you’re seeing different colours, but each shape is the exact same shade of blue."
