Brewed with Azvex and inspired by an iconic Scottish dessert, this whisky BA smoothie sour layers juicy fruit with creamy lactose and heather honey from Scottish Bee Co. blended with beer aged in ex-Speyside whisky barrels, adding layers of oak, vanilla, and rich whisky character.

"On revisite la Catharina Sour, un style brésilien de Berliner Weisse aux fruits ! Ici on a marié l'exotisme vibrant du fruit de la passion à la rondeur charnue de l'abricot pour un combo qui sent bon l'été. Et pour propulser le tout dans une autre dimension, on a ajouté une touche subtile d'anis vert et d'anis étoilé (badiane). Le résultat ?
