DIPA w. Peacharine, Citra & Mosaic

"Conjunction features a very special lot of Nelson Sauvin from Eggers Hops (NZ). This spectacular lot was harvested on the New Moon and brings some seriously Nelson character to the beer. Eggers took special care to process it within 24hrs of harvest to capture its unique and high-intensity profile.
Paired with Southern Cross and Mosaic, Conjunction is still all about the Nelson, with big notes of pineapple & passionfruit and the distinctive gooseberry and white grape character, what we’re affectionately calling ‘Nelson funk’. There’s also this super interesting dried mango/ripe tropical fruit thing going on which we can’t quite place.
From its namesake, this TIPA is a conjunction of a number things for us, the release of @eggershops New Moon Nelson, our first appearance at the Billie’s Craft Beer Fest and a base TIPA that was absolutely screaming for Nelson - and you know Mike changed the plan at the last minute to make it happen ? "

"In the past few years we’ve shied away from some of the Aussie grown hops, but after our fresh hop Vic Secret DIPA earlier this year we couldn't get enough of it. Our newest DIPA, Critical Stop Error, showcases our 3 standout hops of 2026, Vic Secret from Aus, Peacharine from NZ and Krush from the US.
We’ve also used one of our new favourite yeast strains from Mogwai Culture, Golden State which melds perfectly with these punchy hops giving big notes of mandarin, juicy orange, peach and papaya.
It’ll be hard for this one to not make it into our favourite beers of 2026 considering what's gone into it, but we’ll let you be the judge. "

"What makes this beer so interesting is the heavy dry hopping with Eggers Hops Riwaka and Special X. Yes you heard us right, Special X.
Eggers, in general, grow some of the highest quality hops coming out of NZ, but where Kem and his team excel is their knowledge of Riwaka, a notoriously difficult to grow and low yielding hop with some of the punchiest aromatics out there.
In Extra Specky we’ve combined one of Eggers Riwaka lots with one of their experimental Riwaka strains Special X, this particular lot being code named ‘Yellow’.
The results speak for themselves, Extra Specky oozes complex citrus, hints of pine and tropical fruit and an unmistakable diesel stank (in a good way, you’ll see)."

"Hopped with Peacharine, Krush and Motueka and sitting at a respectable 6%, Fuzzy Logic punches well above its weight class. Big notes of fuzzy stone fruit, think apricot and peach, followed up with that motueka crushed citrus character you know we love."
