I Would Give Her Flowers is a Mexican Lager (4.5%) A style we’ve wanted to brew for years. Inspired by Kahlo’s beloved sanctuary garden at La Casa Azul, this is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright. Expect a rounded malt body with a distinct flaked maize note, finished with a vibrant, natural, limey zing from Motueka hops."

Avec cette West Coast PilsnerDDH, on a voulu créer une bière qui combine grande buvabilité et aromatique envoûtante. Sur une base de céréales 100% françaises, on a marié la finesse d'une bière de fermentation basse traditionnelle avec la subtilité de saveurs de la variété expérimentale américaine HBC 1134 aux formats HyperBoost et T90, associée au houblon français Triskel et au Citra. Ces variétés sont très complémentaires sur ce style de bière, et le résultat est à la fois "crisp" et savoureux!"
