The American brewery Spyglass Brewing Company will make its first appearance in Wroclaw at the Beer Geek Madness Festival, making this collaboration especially exciting. A festival NEIPA was brewed with a thick, oat-heavy base and a unique hop profile. A rare experimental Australian hop, HPA 033, brings sweet notes of mango and marshmallow with a light citrus finish. We gritted our teeth all day long, only to end up incorporating it into the beer’s name. Apologies to the customers who were there that day. We’ll make it up to you with a new hazy IPA.
We steered clear of stereotypical hops and got to work with Vista and Centennial CGX. Oats and spelt form the basis for this treat for the taste buds.
