DOK / Arpus What The Hell Is Wrong With The Music Today
"7.3% New England IPA - Our collaboration with Arpus Brewing Co. from Latvia is here! While brewing this beer, our playlist wasn’t exactly up to scratch. We gritted our teeth all day long, only to end up incorporating it into the beer’s name. Apologies to the customers who were there that day. We’ll make it up to you with a new hazy IPA.
We steered clear of stereotypical hops and got to work with Vista and Centennial CGX. Oats and spelt form the basis for this treat for the taste buds.
?Note from the barman on the day: the music was top-notch, my colleagues are just cultural barbarians."
