€ 28,95"Our Sunstead series captures the essence of perfectly ripe stone fruits, allowing us to savor the warm flavors of summer all year long. The base beer is a blend of one, two and three-year-old Danish Wild Ales aged in Chardonnay and Monbazillac barrels. We racked this onto freshly destoned and crushed Bergeron apricots at a rate of over 600 grams of apricots per liter, and left it to macerate with the fruit for over a month before bottling. This complex, soft and juicy beer tastes almost like biting into a fragrant apricot, transporting you back to the high days of summer no matter when you drink it."

€ 28,71: 2Season 2022-2023 Assemblage #19. Bottled on 21/12/2022. "In April 2022, a few of our team went to the Basque Country on a culinary trip. At a lunch at the Asador Extebarri, we met up with Marco Tinessa, winemaker-owner of the magnificent Ognostro winery, Campania, Italy. After a few tasty bottles of wine and geuze, we decided to work together. For this small batch Druif, we macerated Fiano pomace for a tad over two months, before blending and bottling. We used three-year old lambikken only, rendering the weighted average age up to 36 months. The final fruit intensity is 300 grams of Fiano pomace per litre of Druif. "

€ 39,85"The Greeks Hooi Geuze is a blend of lambics of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 years and a maceration on fenigreek seeds. The result is a full-bodied geuze with the taste of fenigreek seeds, according to some a light nutty flavor. Fenugreek originally came from Mesopotamia and is a plant from the legume family. It is used as a culinary herb and as a spice and is also found in cheeses and now also in Publitasting Grieks Hooi Geuze."

Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for 2 years.

Eighty percent of the blend consists of three- and four-year old lambikken, bringing the weighted average age to almost 30 months on the moment of bottling. Of the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken, all cereals were sourced in our own Cereal Collective."

€ 31,55"Flint is our newest geuze inspired blend of wild ales. The beers that are used in this special blend where aged for 6 months up to 5 years in oak barrels. Peaches, straw, red wine barrel notes, some lemon funk with a hint of black pepper are present in the aroma. In taste you get pink grapefruit, white wine grapes, raw honey and some oak in the back with a earthy and somewhat leathery aftertaste. The mild acidity, tannins from the wood and a slightly bitterness from the aged hops, are complementing each other perfectly."

€ 31,55: 3"Spróng is a blend of wild ales varying from 6 months up to 4 years, with Sicilian sage. This vintage we tried to enhance the herbal qualities of the sage together with a fresh, and vibrant but yet characterful blend of several oak puncheons (500 and 400 liters) and a rustic saison. The nose reveals herbal aromas of fresh sage, oak, bergamot zest, green jasmine tea, and even a subtle hint of mint. On the palate, the sage is well-integrated and complements the lemony, earthy, and funky notes from the beer. The acidity is balanced and not overpowering, which works well with the Spróng has a clean and refreshing aftertaste that invites another sip."
