€ 28,71Season 2020-2021 Assemblage #26. Bottled on 10/02/2021. "For this Druif/Kriek, we blended a Belgian dornfelder druivenlambik and a kriekenlambik in a 50/50 proportion. We used both young and two-year old lambikken, originating from nine different barrels and nine different brews. The combined maceration took eight months and the final fruit intensity is 510 grams per litre of sour cherries and freshly pressed, skin-macerated grape juice."

€ 46,55"Our Congruity series harnesses the art of blending and collaboration to create a beer that transcends its individual elements. In May 2022, we invited our esteemed friends from Bofkont and Tommie Sjef to join us in Copenhagen along with base beer from what they considered to be their finest barrels, and we contributed a special blend of our one- and twoyear-old Danish Wild Ale. A methodical blending and tasting session followed, where we eventually found a blend that cohesively showcases the best of each of our beers. This portion of the Congruity blend was aged in Moscatel de Setúbal barrels from Portugal for 16 months before bottling, infusing the beer with notes of honey, caramel and citrus."

€ 25,75"Kri-Vino was born from the encounter between two worlds: that of fruit wine and that of traditional lambic. We blend 70% cherry wine, made from three varieties of cherries, with 30% aged lambic matured in bourbon barrels. Note: Each bottle is unique, reflecting the year, the terroir, and the sunshine. Flavors vary from year to year, making each vintage impossible to replicate exactly."
