"This is already the second collaboration with the PINTA brewery in Wroclaw. This time, we decided to conduct an experiment. The beer was fermented using Scandinavian Hornindal yeast, which is extremely interesting due to its fast fermentation rate and high temperature at which it occurs. Thanks to this, the aromatic profile is unique and full of fruity esters. We went one step further and used the kettle sour method to acidify the wort, and after fermentation, we added incredibly aromatic calamansi, coconut flakes, and vanilla. The whole creates a delicious citrus dessert."Best before is 13/10/23

"The second collab to celebrate our 10th anniversary, this time brewed in collaboration with our friend of Prizm straight out of Montpellier. This time, we went for a pastry sour brewed with insane amouts of pink guava, peach and calamansi puree. Brewed with flaked oats and milk sugar, "Loto" has and amazing balance between the sour and sweet flavours. Soon(ish), also served in frozen Slushy for at our Taproom."

"Fruited gose brewed with a decent amount of flaked oats and sea salt. Kettle soured with a clean, citrus foward lactobacilus strain and fermented with our house expressive ale yeast strain and conditioned on top of kilos and kilos of peach and rapsberry puree. Lovely pink color with a white head, Rasomel comes with notes of fruit yougurth, juicy peach and raspberry jam. Clean sour with a slightly salty finish." BB is 12/23

"BGM24 FUTURE Double Philly Sour IPA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the Japanese UCHU Brewing, as part of the promotion of the Beer Geek Madness 2024 festival. A powerful dose of refreshing fruit in the Sour IPA style, topped up with aromatic Strata hops and fruit purees of strawberries, bananas and calamansi. , which are complemented by aromatic additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. Its sourness comes from a special strain of yeast that also produces lactic acid during fermentation."
