Kemker Aoltbeer 2021-11 -...
€ 17,97: 1"Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. The beers in this blend matured on average for 14 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its fruity and wine-like character. To this small batch no. 11-2021 we added locally grown "Hauszwetschge" plums. This luscious beer let you feel the last rays of the summer sun. Product with taste evolution in the bottle."

3 Fonteinen...
€ 45,59Season 2020-2021 Assemblage n°18 bottled on 25/01/21. "For this small-batch Frambozenlambik we macerated raspberries from Ferme Framboos for three months on one- and two-year old lambik from two different barrels and two different brews. We bottled the frambozenlambik as such, straight from maceration to bottle; no lambik was added. Don’t panic if this beer is a bit on the flat side. It is intended to be this way. The weighted average age of this frambozenlambik upon bottling was more than twenty months, and final fruit intensity is 350 grams of raspberries per litre of Frambozenlambik."

We added the pressed skins for 17 days to a barrel aged saison/lambiek blend.." Bottled august 2021.

Casey Funky Blender Balaton...
€ 44,75"Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with cherries. In this blend of Funky Blender we added fresh, whole fruit at rate of about two pounds per gallon to our base beer. Each barrel is carefully hand picked to ensure it will pair perfectly with the whole fruit we are using while keeping the funky flavor. The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

Casey Funky Blender Pluot
€ 44,75"Flavor King pluots, what else needs to be said? This variety is literally the King of Flavors! The blend delights from the start of the pour. Pink foam that not only drops off the kids for the birthday, but then sticks around for the flavor party. What? Does anyone read these? Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet. All hail the Flavor King."

Primitive Beer/ Cellar West...
€ 52,31"Meager Portmanteau is a blend of Primitive's three-year, MT spontaneous beer refermented with juicy Colorado peaches, and Cellar West's oak aged Meager - a funky little table saison with Colorado grain. The marriage of these two (one mature & complex, one young & lively) fashions a delightful blended beer representative of both breweries' makeup. Delicately tart, laden with notes of ripe peach & oak, equal parts carefree & complex. The blend was given delicate Orange Blossom Honey from Bee Squared Apiaries to naturally condition and develop in green, corked & caged 750mL bottles for many months. Meager Portmanteau is finally ready to share! We love the honey’s delicate floral addition to the already intense bouquet on the nose.?."

Boon Oude Geuze Black Label B7

3 Fonteinen Druif -...
€ 28,71Season 2020-2021 Assemblage #27. Bottled on 11/02/2021. "For this, Druif, we co-fermented Belgian Dornfelder with one- and two-year old lambik in a 53/47 cut. We used the freshly pressed and shortly skin-macerated juice and put the unfermented juice with young lambik for continued fermentation in stainless steel. Afterwards, we blended with two-year old lambik. All lambikken originate from seven different barrels and seven different brews. The final fruit intensity is 31.6%."

€ 28,71Season 2020-2021 Assemblage #26. Bottled on 10/02/2021. "For this Druif/Kriek, we blended a Belgian dornfelder druivenlambik and a kriekenlambik in a 50/50 proportion. We used both young and two-year old lambikken, originating from nine different barrels and nine different brews. The combined maceration took eight months and the final fruit intensity is 510 grams per litre of sour cherries and freshly pressed, skin-macerated grape juice."
-
3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek...
€ 28,83Season 2019-2020. Assemblage #79. Bottled on 07/10/2020. "While looking for old sherry barrels, we cannot get lucky all the time. While we will be sourcing barrels directly from bodegas to assure provenance and quality, we had a batch of Pedro Ximenez (PX) barrels that was on the peated side (albeit subdued). As a result, we decided not to use them for Zenne y Frontera, but to blend them with other (fruit) lambikken into geuze and fruit blends. This is the first of such blends to be released. Sour cherries were macerated partly on young peated lambik and partly on two-year old straight lambik in a stainless steel tank. We blended with young and three-year old (!) lambik. 55% of the blend is old lambik and the final fruit intensity is 567 grams of sour cherries per litre."

€ 22,95"This beer is truly old and has a few new parts too. Tucked in the furthest reaches of the brewery for years, a special blend of several of our mixed-culture projects has come to life with the addition of a brown strong ale and cherry juice from Telemark. Sweet notes of red fruits and vanilla meld seamlessly with wood and caramel flavours and a distinct sourness."

Now cherish the cherries and be mezmerized in the moment!"

Mills Chuckleberry
€ 24,39"Chuckleberry is a blend of two brews produced in June and September 2019. Made from a turbid wort, using rye malt and aged hops, they started life as potential blending options for our ‘house’ beer, Running Beer. Fermentation and maturation took place in barriques which formerly housed red Bordeaux. We chose three barrels to make a blend that would best fit the fruit: relatively soft and full on the palate to accommodate the fruit's acidity and tannin, complementary aromatics from the red Bordeaux and French oak, and a balancing funk to cut (but not obscure) the fruit. The resulting blend was added to a large quantity of locally grown chuckleberries to referment for five months. The beer conditioned in bottle for a further three months."

La Source / L'Ermitage...

de Garde Ivy
€ 28,53"Ivy is a beer made with 100% regionally grown pale malted barley. In the kettle, it sees both three to four-year aged whole leaf hops, as well as pellet hops from the most recent harvest. Both are grown here in Oregon. It is the most simple of our recipes, yet one of the most complex in expression. One malt, one hop, our wonderful local water, and time. Ivy spends two years in neutral wine puncheons. We choose from these barrels a blend that is funky, but not too funky. Tart, but not too sour. Complex, but still hedonistic. Really, a blend that we are happy to make, to blend, and ultimately to share, in celebration of our new home."
-
Yeast of Eden Lasting Melody
