Old brown, this style mainly known in the regions of East and South West Flanders is characterized by the typical sweet-and-sour balance. Maltiness, freshness, vinosity combined in a bottle. This beer was matured for 1 year in some very beautiful Pinot noir casks from Burgundy."

Malty, amber, slightly less bitter than its west coast cousins, yet a very tropical nose without becoming a New England juice. There was generous hopping with Chinook, Loral, El dorado cry and Colombu"
