India Pale Ale dry-hopped with only Nelson Sauvin

"We snagged a few hundred kilos of a new Kiwi hop called Nectaron. It comes with much hype (and a silly name)... so let's see what all the fuss is about! Supported by Citra and Idaho we expect this to be hugely fruity, weighted towards the tropics."

"Hazy IPA with Azure, Citra & MotuekaWe're very excited to be among the first breweries outside of Australia using Azure; a variety developed by Ryefield farms, in Bemboka NSW, whose unique & regenerative practices have produced beautiful offshoots of classic varieties. There’s delicate additions of Citra Cryo & Motueka T90 on top of a super soft mouthfeel.Meyer Lemon, Aromatic Pine & Ripe Melon"
